Make a Contour Map from a CSV of X, Y and a Value

Three columns is enough: an x, a y and a number. The grid extent, the resolution and the contour interval are all worked out from what you dropped in, the contours are clipped to the area your points actually cover, and anything drawn beyond that hull is faded and captioned rather than presented as if it were measured.

Drop a CSV or an Excel file of your wells here

One row per well, with coordinates and whatever you want mapped. It is read in this tab and never uploaded.

A made-up site: fourteen wells gauged on 2026-03-14, on a local grid in metres. The file has a top-of-casing elevation and a depth to water and no groundwater elevation — that column is computed here. Two of the benzene results are non-detects.

Or paste the rows

Copy a block straight out of a spreadsheet — tabs, commas and semicolons all work, and you do not have to tell us which. A workbook you dropped appears here as text; editing it re-reads it as text.
